mamamaya I bought this case to protect my ipod from my teething 9 month old daughter. She likes to flip it from front to back and chew on the blue part. I didn't know when I purchased it that there is a mirror on the flip side--nice touch. It even survives being tossed to the floor. Very durable! I wish they made one for my galaxy s3 phone. It would be nice if the charger and headphone jacks could be accessible without taking the ipod our of the case.

J and B's mom This is an awesome product. My I-phone had an unfortunate swim in the doggie bowl when my 14 month old was "playing" with my phone. He loves to look at pictures and watch his sister play games on it but I couldn't take the risk again until I saw an ad for this in my parents magazine. We just bought it last night and it's phenomenal, especially with the free apps.

It snuggly fits my i-phone with the case and everything. You can still access the home key but it's difficult for little hands. The screen is protected by plastic and the whole thing is encased safely. It even has a cute mirror on the back. You MUST buy one if you little ones love your i-phone.

momof2 While it is a bit of a pain to have to take it apart to charge it I like that if she splashes water or something on it I don't have to worry about the ports getting damaged. She can carry it by the handle fine, I don't know if they changed the design but I can carry it without having to worry too. The volume was a bit of an issue until someone showed me that the volume can be controled through the music app even if you don't have any music on it. My kid is pretty rough on this thing I guess that's why I love it so much, she's dropped it, scooted it across the floor, splashed water on it, takes it to the potty. She's only had it for a month and it's got grooves etched in the back from her scooting it around. Even though she is what I consider to be super rough on it her Ipad has zero problems, and that's why I love this product.

MommyMaz I bought this product to help protect our ipad when our 6 and 2 year old sons use it. The plastic cover did protect the screen from getting dirty, however it was difficult to adjust the volume without opening the whole case. The case didn't open easily and required a coin to turn the knob in the back. The real reason I am giving this product 1 star is because about a month after we started using it, my 2 year old knocked the iPad off of the sofa onto a carpeted floor. The iPad screen went blank and the iPad stopped working. Upon inspection at the Apple store I was informed that something was probaby knocked loose inside of the iPad and that there was no way to fix it. I was left no choice but to spend close to $250.00 to replace the iPad. I contacted Fisher Price and the best they could do was refund my money for the case. They claimed that the product description does not say it will protect against falls only against "drips and dribbles". If you are looking for something to protect your device in the event that it is dropped or it falls this is not the product for you!!!

mom of 2 I have a 2 1/2 year old who loves to play with my IPod Touch. But I was always worried he would drop and break it. After telling an associate my story she recommended this product. I absolutely love it, its durable and fairly inexpensive. And it also prevents my son from messing with the volume so if I'm somewhere quiet, like a doctors office, i can keep it quiet. I have recommended this product to all of the moms that I know.

tandesmommy I purchased this item knowing that it was meant for younger kids and babies, however I have an almost 6 year old and a 3 year old. I just purchased my iPhone and I didn't know what I was going to do to protect it from them. Boys are rough! Known fact in this house. This item is everything it says it is. I read reviews and complaints that it didn't allow the child to swype.....that was wrong. This item:

*protects phone all the way around

*doesn't allow your child to hit the home key and go from game to game or anywhere they shouldn't be

*allows them to swype and still play Angry Birds! (big bonus in this house)

The only downsides I can see to this is (and they really are not that bad lol):

* you have to set the game up before inserting it into the case.

* if you have a screen shut off timer/sleeper/hibernating setting make sure to turn it off, because if they don't use it and it goes into sleep mode, you have to open the case and wake it up.

* it's a tight fit. I understand why, but made me apprehensive at first that it might damage the phone. IT DOES NOT!

Mom2one Overall, I love this product. It has increased my 2 1/2 year old's interest in his educational apps on my iPhone immensely. It just simply makes the phone more appealing to a toddler. It also is a very sturdy and protective case, so I don't worry as much about him dropping my phone during play. It requires a coin to open/remove the case, so I don't have to worry about the case coming off before I want it to. The only reason I haven't given five stars, is that there is what I consider to be a pretty big design flaw. Most cell phone cases include an opening to allow for charging without removing the case. While I understand this is not a typical cell phone case, the reality is, heavy play will of course require lots of charging. The necessity of removing the case in order to charge the phone is very inconvenient. Access to volume buttons would also be nice, but I do understand why you might want to restrict your child's access to that.

MOM OF 3 As soon as I saw this in a magazine, I ran out to Toys R Us to get it. This is perfect. My husband has an I Phone & I have an older Ipod Touch. My son is 16 mos and I was worried that he might be too old for this but I stand corrected. He didn't seem to mind that my Ipod was in this. We previously allowed him to play with our Ipods but he's learned how to take covers off and even with a screen protector, we still worried about spills, drool, etc...So far, we have only played Angry Birds on it which I was pleased when I read a previous review that the case would not hinder playing. My plan is to dowload some movies, TV shows, etc.. to keep him occupied while we go out. Yes, you have to remove the back to switch to a new app but it's minimal work to remove it and I don't plan to be switching games/movies frequently. Great Buy!

superstar This is a great item to have when baby gets bored! There are several free fisher price apps to keep baby entertained. I always have my phone with me and when baby gets bored I can start an app and put it in the case. The case protects it from drool and also has a feature to keep baby from pushing the wrong buttons. My little guy loves to play with my phone and this helps protect it. It also has a few rings on the outside that keep his fingers busy and there is a mirror on the back side that baby's love to look at. The only thing that I don't like is the lock. It's great to keep baby from opening it, but it is difficult to open unless you have something handy to help out. It does open easily with the use of a coin. Also you have to open it and take your phone out to answer it or change apps.
