Mtnmama My daughter loves these balls! She screams with excitement when you toss one to her. And she seems to be picking up the concept of throwing really quickly. It also seems to be helping her to learn how to give something to someone, and vice versa - instead of just grabbing!

Momonthemove First saw these balls at a local baby gym. I bought these together with the larger ball to help stimulate sensory play with my now 6 month old daughter. These are small enough for her to grab and they are great in the bath tub too. I also use them to massage her back, legs and arms just to offer sensory stimulation.

Mom These are great - my daughter can easily grab the balls because they are textured. Sometimes her little hands can't grab larger balls that are smooth. She laughs when we rub them on the bottom of her feet too.

JAHMOM The textured balls allow the child to grasp them easily and it is much more simple for toddles to toss them as you play "catch". I will probably purchase some for our church toddler/preschool room.

Ellabee My 6 month old finds these balls easier to hold onto than smooth ones, and he enjoys testing the texture with his tongue. Some reviewers have written that they are very bouncy, but I don't find that to be the case with mine- perhaps they are a little flat. In any case, they're interesting and indeed provide an unusual, enriched sensory experience for babies, who are usually only exposed to soft, smooth materials. I look forward to the new ways by baby will play with these as he gets older!

Pumpkinmom08 This is my daughter favorite toy. She received them as a gift for Christmas when she was 13 months old. At 15 months these balls are still full of entertainment for her. She loves the bright colors, and has learned the name of all four colors. They are easy for her to hold in one hand. She loves that there are four, so that she can hold one in each hand, and has more to trade off with. Very simple toy, but full of fun! Well worth the money.

new mom I thought they were going to be a little squishier. My son (5 mo) has a hard time picking them up. But during a play date a 8 month old played with them and loved them. My son will grow into them.

Velocimomma I got these for my little boy for his first Christmas. He LOVES these balls ... he grasps them, rolls them, even throws them! But only two weeks in, the red one (his favorite of the four) suddenly deflated. I checked, and found a small pinhole leak at the base of one of the stubbies.

Under normal circumstances, I would recommend these to a friend - but given the lack of durability ... I'd have to say no way.

gramma My granddaughter is a special needs child and cannot walk as yet at age 2. She constantly rolls these balls with her feet and legs and even picks one up between them. Wonderful therapy for her. She can hold them and we are working on rolling back and forth. We love them.
