PrincessPearl Mirror on mine was clear after I took off the protective plastic sticker. My little guy didn't use it that much so unfortunately we never got much use out of ours. I was also a bit hestitant to use it in the crib at such a young age with all the little ties and stuff... we kept out crib pretty bare to prevent any case of SIDS.

mother of 3 I have had this product since about a week or two after my daughter was born & she seems to love it. At first, she would only stare at herself in the mirror (because that's all she could do of course), but now, she actually tries to grab at the bugs that are attached to the mirror. Good product...

Rue as Mom I thought this mirror was going to be a bit bigger than what it was but it's still a good product. My 4 month old daughter enjoys it while it's hanging in her crib but when I put it on the floor for her tummy time she didn't care too much about it. The only way to attach it to the crib is to tie it on and the ties are so small that it doesn't give you much of a variety of places to tie it if some parts of your crib are bigger than others. This worries me because if it comes untied at night it could fall on her.

C. Howell I ordered this on Target.com. I am highly disappointed with the quality of the mirror. It is "cloudy" and incredibly difficult to see reflections in it. While the toy is very cute, the poor quality of the mirror sort of defeats the purpose. I can't help but feel a little deceived since the images on the box and website show a crystal clear mirror.

Liv's Mommy My five month old loves this!! She loves hitting the bugs that rattle. She plays with this almost every morning when she wakes up for at east 15 minutes and it gives me a little time to wake up slowly. This makes a great gift!

AllAboutEve I got this as a baby shower present. My daughter loves this toy & she now at 10 months old can move it around and play with the different bugs. I agree that it does not attach to the crib that well but, I ended up just letting it be a floor time toy.

me and tavo This is absolutely my baby's favorite toy. I placed it in his pack n play (where he sleeps most of the time) at 3 weeks and he loved it instantly. He stares at himself in the mirror and is captivated by the bugs. It is great for him to focus on when he is tired and a little fussy and trying to fall asleep.

samsmama I bought this mirror because I noticed that my baby loved looking at himself in mirrors around the house. Not only does he love looking at the mirror part, but he also loves the little bugs on it! He laughs at and talks to the dragonfly, and has recently started grabbing and pulling off the other bugs (they stick on with velcro and are attached with a tether). A simple but great toy!

mother of 2 I can't help but wonder if the people who are saying the mirror is cloudy or filmy are removing both plastic films. There is a little rectangle film in the middle of the mirror saying remove this film prior to use that is stuck on top of another protective film covering the entire mirror that for some reason is pretty well stuck underneath the stitched fabric such that you might not see an edge to pull, it may even be all the way under the stitching on some (big mistake on the part of the company that this is not explained better). And if you don't wan't the bugs permanently attached, I see no reason why you couldn't just cut the strings and stick them on with the velcro only. They might get lost but I cant imagine that there would be any danger.
