Mommy with a baby Keeps the little one amused in the car. I enjoy that the volume button works and controls the volume.

Grandma the Giver! The Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Click'n Learn Remote caught my eye while shopping in Toys R Us store. My grandson is one year old and is very technical. He loves to play with my television remote and has a tatrum if he can't have the remote. I put the Fisher-Price remote by the TV and my grandson saw it and begin to push buttons and look up at the TV. He heard the music and many learning songs from that moment his attention stayed on the remote. Everytime he comes over he grabs the Fisher remote and starts to laugh and have fun. I really love the Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Click'n Learn Remote. Not only does it look like a real remote it is very educational. I think the Fisher remote is sensational and my grandson is learning more while having fun.

Ange I'm not a fan of most toys that require batteries - I prefer classic wood toys, "recycled" ones (like paper towel tubes), or anything we can find outside in the woods. But my son loves anything that makes noise. And I while the little songs and phrases that come out of this are overly chipper and high-pitched to me, they put a big smile on his face. It has come in really handy as a diversion when I'm changing his diaper... no more trying to roll over or standing up to look out the window, and no more grabbing at the diaper or his clothes. So for that alone it's worth it.

The only real negative for me is the volume. The volume button on the remote does seem to lower it a bit, but it's a button for your child to play with and they can easily turn it back up. The default is really loud and not great when he first wakes up and whoever's not getting up with him is still in bed.

Krystal My 7 month old loves to play with remote controls. He always changes the channel or likes putting remotes into his mouth. I was excited when I found the Fisher Price laugh and learn remote. It actually looks like a remote. I like the different voices. It's had both male and female voices. It's actually hard trying to find toys with male voices. My husband is in the military so he is rarely home. Having a male voice on the toy was a plus. The volume control button on the remote control actually lowers and raises the volume on the toy. The remote has lots of cute songs. My son loves this toy. The music, flashing light and all the buttons keeps him entertained. I highly recommend this product.

Dee Our 8 month old daughter was obsessed with trying to grab our remote, so we looked for a toy that was similar to the real thing. This one really looks like our remote, and it has some cute songs and "channels." The only thing I don't like is that there is an on/off switch on the side, but no volume switch. There is a volume up/down button on the face of the remote, and that does change the volume, but the baby easily changes it back and forth while playing. So it's not an effective volume control. Other than that, it's great! The buttons are really easy to press, and there are a lot of them to keep her little fingers busy. It was a good price as well.

LB's momma My 6 month old would not leave our overpriced, programmable remote alone, so we bought her this one. She enjoys it enough to leave the real thing alone most of the time. The songs get very annoying very quickly and I was glad it has an on/off switch. It took her a few months to figure out how to turn it back on when Mommy's ears can't handle another "I like orange and silver, too!" I swear I hear this toy in my sleep. But she likes it and after 6 months it is in good shape and still engages her. She likes to drop it on the hardwood floor and it still looks fairly new.

Meme Still Learning Through The Years I bought this for my Grandson when he was 13 months old, now he is 18 months & he has never shown much interest in it at all :(

The suggested ages for this product is 6 months to 3 years; therefore, I thought this might satisfy his need for the real remote but this won't do.

Once at his house I was trying to get their tv to change from dvd to tv & I was getting frustrated & he brought me the xbox controller - well I wanted to fall on the floor! lol I had the wrong remote & he knew it!

That should have been a "clue" that this toy wasn't going entertain him much less fool him :) The ages for this toy should be 6 months - 1 year.

jessica My son absolutely loves trying to take the cable remote. He frequently finds the on demand button and gets close to purchasing movies! Something needed to be done! I found this remote on the front over of the ad and saw my solution. I took my son with me on the trip to buy it. It was love at first push! He loves the songs and sounds! He also loves when the red flash comes on! He's 9 months old and this toy is one of his favorites! I'm beyond happy with my purchase. While the remote does have quite a few melodies, it is a bit to take when it's constantly being pushed. But this is expected with any child's toy.

Kristen This is a great alternative to our actual TV remote control. My seven month old son presses all of the buttons with ease and is able to pick it up, manipulate it, and hold it. He loves listening to the sounds and watching the lights. What I dislike and actually can't believe is that the blue numbers are wearing off of the buttons! We just purchased the remote five days ago, and it is looking like an old, hand-me-down! I'm quite disappointed in the durability factor of this Fisher Price product, but my son doesn't seem to notice or mind! He still has fun with it.
